The above products of our company are made of excellent a-Alumina. Corundum series of products made of this products by using proper firing technology has many merits, such as small particle, compact constructure ,high remperature resistance ,acid and alkali corrision resistance, high intensity, hard wearing ,and good electric insulation and so on.The specifations of this product have reached or exceeded the requirements of GB5593-85.
The FP-DW series of products developed by our company are patented product ,its sintering temperature is 100-150℃lower than that of FP series of products .It can teduce the energy consumption, extend the life time of kiln and kiln instruments, reduce the production cost; every physical and chemical properties of products is meet the requirements of GB 5593-85 , many lf its properties such as ceramic materials,particle size,smooth finish and wear ability are more excellent than those lf traditional high alumina ceramics. It can be directly made into finished products through hot pressing,dry pressing ,isostatic pressing and slip casting.It can also be sintered in silicon carbon stick,oil kiln and coal kiln at the sintering temperature of 50-60℃ without special sintering equipments. It is especially suitable for production in large scale . It marked the development orientation of high aluminium ceramics;. We have used these products to manufacture many desived products such as thick film circuit substrates, discharge tube , outer cover of fuse box, water value, shaft, spray muzzle,line lf coal grinding machine,various textile porcelain and so on, which have enjoyed a good reputation at both home and abroad market.
